Service agreements are estimated based upon the condition of the work environment. If work environment is unsecured, Networks By Design, Inc. will first secure your work environment before issuing a service agreement. Service agreements issued by our company are meant to ensure that your Network/Computers are functioning properly and securely. Agreements are available in yearly increments and hand written to best suit your company needs. As an advantage to having a service agreement, maintenance and assistance becomes much more cost containing. We offer off-site remote service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and next business day on-site service during the week, excluding weekends and holidays.
