Customer Rewards Program
The way it works:
For Earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
How to redeem:
2 points = $1 value
if a customer has 300 points, either from alot of service or multiple computers being serviced, 300 points would be $150.00 cash value redeemable through service only. So if they had 300 points and need any service it would be (service - $150 = total). But to get to 300 points they would have had to spend $300.00 previously. They system would not automatically use rewards points unless the customer redeems them by paying with points online only.
